M&O Committee

The M&O Committee helps protect our community’s buildings, grounds and shared spaces. The committee reviews maintenance needs, oversees ongoing upkeep and coordinates projects that keep the property safe, functional and in good condition. It also provides recommendations to the board so you stay informed about priorities, budgeting and long-term planning.
